White House Kitchen Staff with Dessert for Austrian Chancellor

The group is photographed standing around a dessert dish featuring an assortment of cookies made for a luncheon held in honor of Federal Chancellor Alfons Gorbach of the Republic of Austria. From left to right are: assistant cook Raymond Jackson, assistant chef Julius Spessot, White House Executive Chef René Verdon, assistant cook Eserline Dewberry, pastry chef Ferdinand Louvat, and cook Nicanor Salvador. They are photographed the Kitchen located on the Ground Floor of the White House.
